Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pennants, flags, and banners as much as we do. If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns or exchanges on all non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that custom-made products and final sale items are not eligible for return.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different design.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, preferably in the original flat mailer or tube to prevent creasing or damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
